Up-to-date customer data are essential for effective marketing and customer communications. CDDN’s Consumer Basic Administration (CBA) has been a trusted partner in this for many years.
CDDN has greatly expanded the capabilities of its services with the introduction of so-called Life Events: an innovative approach that allows organizations to gain in-depth and up-to-date insights by monitoring key life events.
CDDN now monitors various Life Events, ranging from housing characteristics such as type, area, energy label and WOZ value, to personal events such as family situation, moving plans, economic activity and even births in a family.
These Life Events offer opportunities beyond traditional applications. For example casinos can strengthen their accountability policies by identifying when customers go into receivership or become financially distressed, for example.
Or if a home’s energy label changes, for example, in nine out of 10 cases it turns out to be a strong indication that the house will soon be for sale. This is vital information for realtors, insurers and mortgage lenders.
The expansion into Life Events is not only an innovation, but above all an optimization of proven technology. We combine our years of experience with the latest insights. The result is a product that helps organizations communicate more efficiently by using events as triggers for targeted campaigns.
We take control of the data and integrate the system easily via API calls. After that, organizations can decide for themselves how to make the notifications received: pushed directly or via a (daily) download.
“We make marketing more effective and relevant, which benefits both companies and their customers .”
The 22 current life events on which monitoring can take place have emerged from previous customer needs, CDDN is also happy to engage with companies to specify other life events according to a specific objective/target audience/industry etc.
